We offer flat-rate shipping ($5.00) or free pickup. Tickets and Passes can be picked up at the Ski School / Information Desk. If more than 5 gift cards are sent in an order, an additional shipping fee may be added to your order.

Returns & Replacements
Returns within 90 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded, credited to your account or refunded via a gift card. There are no returns on event tickets at any time. There are no refunds on Season Passes after you have received your pass. There are no refunds after the second week for Young Learner Programs. There are no refunds after the third week for all other programs.

Ski Area / Tubing / Witchs' Woods tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours before you intend to arrive and use the tickets.

We may change the price of any product at any time. Coupons cannot be combined.
Our website allows you to view past orders. Special products that require additional customer information will store information in the order. You are responsible for keeping your email and password a secret. We will only transmit this information over a secure connection, and only when given the correct email and password combination.
Updating Account Information
Account information is stored for anyone who creates an account rather than checking out as a guest. It is information necessary to process orders, and can be helpful for repeat customers who do not want to enter the same information more than once. Nashoba Valley Ski Area can edit this information at any time. We may delete accounts that are suspected of fraudulent activity. We may also reset your password for you if you cannot access your account. You will have to provide adequate information about your account before we will reset your password.
