Our Regular Tiki Bar Menu is available every night of the week, and on the following nights we also have special buffet or ala carte menus.

LobsterFest Thursdays
Every Thursday Evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, starting May 31, on the Waterfront at Nashoba Valley Ski Area. For just $32.95 you will get a 1¼ pound lobster, with unlimited steamers, New England clam chowder, corn on the cob, assorted salads, apple pie, and blueberry pie. (one lobster per person)
A steak option is available as an alternative for those who don’t want lobster. A children’s menu is available, children five years old or younger eat free.

Bayou Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo $16
Our fabulous spicy Gumbo, simmered with gulf shrimp and Cajun spiced chicken, served with corn bread.
Shrimp Boil $21
A catch of gulf shrimp, kielbasa, corn on the cob and new baby potatoes, simmered with bay seasoning and served in a bucket.
Blackened Flat Iron Steak $16
Our version is beef tenderloin, 10-ounce, butterflied, seasoned Cajun style and seared. Served with Okra, Red Beans and rice.

Lean tender pork, roasted tomatillos, green chilis, Jalapenos and our own Mexican spice blend, slowly stewed and served with Monterey Jack cheese and hand stretched flour tortillas.
Blackened Chicken Fajitas (for 2) $17
Tender chicken tenderloins, pan blackened with sautéed onions and peppers, then tossed with our house blend spices. Served on a sizzler with hand stretched flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
Baja Steak and Cheese Quesadilla $12
Tender thin strips of seasoned beef with sautéed peppers, onions and Monterey Jack cheese, encased and baked in flour tortillas, served with Guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
