Email Migration Completed October 9, 2014

All email is being received at our new server. You should update your settings immediately. The old server will still allow you to send email, but the new one is receiving your email, so if you are still checking the old one you aren't getting new emails. Use the settings below to configure your email settings.



Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)
Username: jdamon@skinashoba.com (use your own username)
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: 01-sh-r18c04b11-ds459.simplehelix.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: 01-sh-r18c04b11-ds459.simplehelix.com
  • SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
You can use imap, but it's not the recommended setup for us.


Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)
Username: jdamon@skinashoba.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.skinashoba.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.skinashoba.com
  • SMTP Port: 25
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
