December Vacation week lessons have started. We are still making snow as fast as possible, and opening new terrain. Currently we have 8 trails, 6 lifts, 5 park features, 3 tubing lanes, 2 tubing lifts, and we will be opening more soon.

It is Christmas Eve, and we will certainly have a white Christmas here at Nashoba Valley Ski Area. Our snow makers will be working right through Christmas day to take advantage of the cold temperatures. We will be opening more terrain as soon as we can, check back for updates.

Snow making has covered so many trails that the groomers are all out to catch up. They made more snow at the Tubing Park and will be pushing to open Tubing as soon as possible. At the Ski Area they made snow on Sundance, Wardance, Bull Run, Chief, Nashoba Slope, and Dog Leg. Our groomers are pushing tons of snow around to produce nice, smooth trails. The Snow Makers are running full-blast with guns blazing on Chief, Wardance, Nashoba Slope, Sundance, the beginner area, and the tubing park. We will be opening more terrain as soon as possible. It's been very warm this December and we've had only a few cold days and nights for snowmaking, but we were able to host this early season USASA Rail Jam at Nashoba Valley Ski Area. Some of the winners will qualify to go compete at a USASA event a the winter X-Games.

Another beautiful day at Nashoba Valley Ski Area in Westford, MA. Pow is open in the beginner area, and Nashoba Slope is open serviced by the Snowdance Double chair. The terrain park added a 4th feature today, they now have a 18 foot down box, 16 foot down rail, 16 foot dance floor, and a 8 foot flat box.
